This role requires strong organizational skills, technological proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Administration
- Policies. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance scalability and align with Greysteel’s strategic objectives.
- Operations. Oversee business operations, including growth projects, budget variance management, local HR coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Goals. Collaborate with leadership to translate high-level strategies into actionable operational goals.
- CRM. Drive digital sales initiatives by optimizing CRM systems, online platforms, and marketing tools.
- IT. Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to enhance digital infrastructure, improving productivity and user experience.
- Cyber. Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational integrity across all digital channels.
- Safety. Ensure a professional, productive, and safe office environment for our office locations.
- Relationships. Manage relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers for seamless facility operations.
- PJM. Coordinate facility-related upgrades and maintenance projects within budget and compliance standards.
- Conferences. Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of company and advisor events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring they align with Greysteel’s goals and brand standards.
- Negotiations. Oversee event budgets, logistics, and vendor negotiations to achieve impactful outcomes and cost efficiency.
- Analysis. Collect and analyze post-event performance data to identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in operations, or a similar role, in the commercial real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in digital tools and technology platforms (e.g., CRM, project management software).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational and project management skills with a track record of inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving and financial management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and align diverse stakeholders.
