Greysteel’s is seeking Transaction Coordination Intern to join the Transaction Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting complex real estate transactions and market research as a member of one of the most active multifamily and retail transaction teams. Responsibilities will include coordination of corporate initiatives and transactions nationally with Production and Corporate teams, process management, and event/conference planning and scheduling. The position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to assume immediate responsibility and accelerated professional growth as a member of a close-knit, dynamic team.
Qualifications
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention-to-detail.
Compose, edit and create graphic materials including Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) within Buildout System, coordinating/creating post card mailings and email blasts, plans and coordinates presentations/events, and assists with press releases and any other needs related to marketing campaigns
Reviewing and abstracting letter of intent, listing agreements, and purchase and sale agreements
Use of Company’s CRM, Salesforce, for record keeping, compliance, task management
Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take ownership of and accountability for projects/tasks and work both individually and as a part of a team.
Independent thinker who will be proactive, assertive, and professional in dealing with internal/external clients, lenders, and third-parties.
Strong problem solving skills.
Knowledge of real estate a plus.
Pursuing Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Business or related field.
