Greysteel is seeking self-motivated students with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong interest in applied technology, process optimization, and business enablement to participate in its AI Integrator Internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence and commercial real estate, supporting the integration of AI tools into business development, training, and operational workflows.
Interns will participate in structured training, collaborative working sessions, and real-world application of AI tools, while working alongside Advisors and internal teams to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall business performance. Please note, the internship is unpaid and requires students to obtain course credit in the absence of compensation to participate.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a dynamic learning experience focused on the practical application of AI tools within a commercial real estate environment.
- Support the integration of AI into business development, underwriting, deal execution, and operational processes.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Advisors, mentors, and internal teams to test, implement, and refine AI-driven solutions.
- Participate in live training sessions
- Represent yourself, your colleagues, and Greysteel with professionalism and integrity.

- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, business operations, and/or commercial real estate
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, data science, computer science, real estate, finance, or a related field – and will be an active student (enrolled in classes) at the time of the internship session.
- Confirmed eligibility to receive course credit for internship through enrolled university.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in applying technology to real-world business challenges.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, platforms, and concepts.
- Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes.
- Coachability and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation platforms) required
- Exposure to the application of AI within commercial real estate, including business development, underwriting, and operations.
- Hands-on experience integrating emerging technologies into a live business environment.
